What can be achieved by applying 4K+V ?
Successful cooperation is based on trust and reliability. A common focus creates common goals. The challenge is to find both the means and the language that will produce this result. 4K+V will help to strengthen the important foundation of trust and reliability in an organization and it will help to create a broad understanding of the common cause. 4K+V should therefore become and remain the code for leadership and cooperation in general and for change management in particular.

What does the model title 4K+V stand for ?
4K+V helps to define and to live the qualities of action in an organization. These qualities of action in our model are described as: concept - consensus - clarity - consequence + example (role model) . They are our suggestion for starting points on the path of an organization that wants to work on its "common cause".

What 4K+V is not !
4K+V is not a checklist, not a guideline and certainly not an instruction manual. 4K+V works through the attitude that is generated by recognizing and accepting this code.
